A documentary about Medill journalism students in Paris.
I shot and produced this piece for the Medill School of Journalism. I followed the global journalism students around on their 2 week seminar in Paris in Sept. 2004.
After the seminar, the students headed off to different parts of the
world for their news residencies – Cambodia, India, Mexico and beyond. They attended lectures by foreign corespondents. They also visited historical and tourist sites in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. They shared their thoughts and reactions about the program, international reporting and the city of lights. This documentary has been screened at Medill in Evanston – to future classes of global journalism students.
